The 'Fashion Police' star has been plagued with problems for years ' including painful bunions and flat feet - but she has decided to finally have surgery to correct her ailments and will be left unable to walk for a month afterwards.
Kelly ' who competed on TV talent show 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2009 - told E! News: "It was going to happen but 'Dancing with the Stars' kicked it up about 10 years.
"They have to break bones in my feet and reset them. I've put it off because I've not been ready to not walk for a month."
As well as facing up to having surgery, the 26-year-old blonde was left horrified this week after someone stole more than $2,000 from her bank account.
She tweeted on Wednesday (08.12.10): 'Someone stole my bank card today and has already spent $2000 on it people who steal are the lowest of the low! what a f**ker. (sic)'
Last year, Kelly posted pictures of her bunion-ravaged feet on her twitter page.
Kelly - who has suffered from bunions, a deformity of the bone and joint which affects the big toe and can be extremely painful, for several years - wrote at the time: "I have flat feet and somewhere in the 25 years of my life, I tore the cartilage in my bunions in both feet. They asked me to have surgery. I said no, I didn't want to have it because I believe if you start cutting things, you have a whole new set of problems and it wasn't that bad. My doctor said, 'Told you so, told you so. You wouldn't be feeling this if you'd had the surgery.' "
