The 29-year-old singer, who is currently single, said she once “slobbered and snored” her way through a date.
But, luckily, she was on a double date with Beyoncé and her former Destiny’s Child bandmate was on hand to wake her up.
Rowland told BBC Radio 1: 'I'd like a date, a date night would be good.
'It's true, I fell asleep, slobbered and snored on a date… I'd gone to see the same movie like three times. He was a nice guy, but I was just tired.'
She added: 'Me and Beyoncé were on a double date and I remember her tapping me and waking me up… She said, ‘Sis, wake up, you’re embarrassing yourself.’'
