Kelsey and Camille squared off in family court this week - the first time they had come face-to-face since they separated.
Sources told TMZ.com the two were at an impasse because Kelsey wanted to take the former couple's two children for six days while he's in Los Angeles.
But Camille did not want Kelsey to take the kids because he would reportedly not agree to take them to their regularly scheduled activities, which include dance, sports and therapy.
With Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, by his side, apparently the judge allowed Kelsey to take the children for the six days provided he takes them to all of their scheduled activities.
