We know what the Kardashians will be up to on June 2. That's the day that Kim Kardashian's baby shower is scheduled, and the invitations have already been sent out to Hollywood A-listers, including fellow moms Beyoncé and Fergie.
Those invited to the bash each received a music box, playing a lullaby version of boyfriend Kanye West's 2005 Late Registration cut, "Hey Mama." The box also features a dark-haired ballerina. The fete is being hosted by mom Kris Jenner, sisters Khloe and Kourtney and Shelli Azoff, who is married to music manager Irving Azoff (he has represented the rapper in the past).
The party's dress code is "garden chic," according to the invite. Us Weekly writes that the "ladies' brunch" will take place at Azoff's home. It's been asked that instead of presents, partygoers donate to the Lurie Children's Hospital in the rapper's hometown of Chicago. Kanye is expected to make a cameo at the party. Last May, he was on hand at Kourtney's baby shower for her second child, Penelope.
The party takes place the same day the new season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" premieres on E! and just weeks before Kanye drops his new album release, Yeezus, on June 18. Kim is reportedly due sometime in July.
Kim Kardashian 'Really Touched' By Cheryl Cole's Support.
When MTV News spoke to Kim's little sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, they shared they weren't quite ready to be aunts to Baby Kimye just yet. "I mean we're all pretty excited. It still hasn't hit me yet, so I don't know," Kendall said.
Kim's previously stated that she won't let cameras into the delivery room when she welcomes their baby into the world. "I'm going to keep that private," she shared, noting that she's likely to also take a little break from the spotlight as well. "I'm hoping to take some time off. And just focus on that and not really work as much for a little bit."
