Liam Gallagher chose to pursue a music career after a teenage out-of-body experience involving John Lennon.
The rocker is one of Lennon's biggest fans, and has a son named after the late Beatle.
He tells Spinner.com, "I wouldn't say that he visits me (but) I had an out-of-body experience (with him) when I was about 17 or 16, and, as far as I'm concerned, that's when I started getting into music. "That's when it all started going down, andI reckon it has something to do with him. He don't come and visit me - at least, I don't think he does. I wish he did."
