Lil Wayne's feud with Trick Daddy is reportedly over.
The rappers fell out after Lil Wayne dissed the Miami Heat basketball team. The insult apparently led to a series of altercations.
Friend of the pair Birdman has confirmed that they put their differences behind them some time ago.
"To be honest with you, I saw Trick Monday in [Miami strip club King of Diamonds] and we had a talk and it was all love," he told RapFix Live.
The venue where they spoke is the same location where Wayne and Trick Daddy came to blows in April.
Trick, whose real name is Maurice Young, was accused of flicking a cigarette at Wayne.
He recently denied that occurred before claiming he was open to resolution on the issue.
"We got a lot of friends out here," Birdman confirmed. "These are people that we met day one, from day one when we hit the town. A lot of Haitian friends, Ross, Khaled, E Class, Flo Rida, all these boys — even Trick."
Birdman's Cash Money crew friend Wayne offended the Miami Heat and the team's biggest players, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, during an NBA All-Star Weekend party in February. The jibes were in retaliation to getting kicked out of a game.
Birdman, whose real name is Bryan Williams, added that there is no rivalry between groups. He and Lil Wayne now regularly frequent nightlife spots with Trick Daddy's crew.
"These people we been knowing since we hit the town, so when a lot of it erupts I wanted to holla," he explained. "I saw him Monday and we talked. That's dead meat."
Wayne, who was born Dwayne Michael Carter, has been making regular hospital visits recently after suffering several seizures.
