My first thought? It was meant to happen. My second thought? Wait, did Lil B mean to say "Tha Carter IV"?
Whelp, it seems as if Lil B was telling the truth. According to Young Money president, Mack Maine, Lil Wayne will be releasing a mixtape soon, titled, "Sorry 4 the Wait."
