Lil Wayne posted one last heartfelt letter to his fans on his blog weezythanxyou.com to show his appreciation for their support and letters before his release from Rikers Island prison in New York this Thursday. On his first day behind bars, Weezy (real name Dwayne Carter) says he received over 300 letters, some of which made him cry.
