Lily Allen: `Fianc is more important than music`

The 26-year-old retired from music last year and is set to marry Sam Cooper on Saturday.

Speaking at the launch of her Lucy In Disguise dress collection in Manchester, England, she told the Daily Express, 'I've found a partner who I'd like to spend more time with. I don't want be away from him every night.

'It's difficult to commit to spending two years away from home. I'm enjoying not getting up at 5am to check into a flight, get on the stage, get on a flight, get off the flight, get on the stage.'

Lily runs the vintage-inspired fashion line and a shop in Covent Garden, London, with her sister Sarah and admitted that sometimes sparks can fly when they don't see eye-to-eye.

'It can be difficult to button it when you are sisters,' she said. 'You have to try to take things on board rather than pulling each other's hair out.'

Talking about her decision to branch out into clothing, she explained, 'I've always been into vintage. Before I became a pop star it was all I ever wore.'
