Lily Allen has thanked fans for their 'touching' messages following the birth of her baby girl last week.
The singer gave birth to her first child at the end of last month although no official statement was released
Speaking for the first time since her daughter's birth, Allen Tweeted fans: Thank you for all the flowers and lovely messages everybody. very touching indeed. nuff luv x x. [sic]'
The singer's ex-boyfriend Seb Chew "sending out love" to Allen, husband Sam Cooper and "mini Cooper".
Last month, Allen had revealed that she had been suffering from Braxton Hicks, false labour pains
The London singer released her last album 'It's Not Me It's You' in 2008 and has no current plans to head back into the studio..
