Lily Allen is desperate to interview Britain's Queen Elizabeth.
The singer-turned-presenter is a big fan of the monarch, and would love to grill her about Princess Diana, the late ex-wife of her son Prince Charles.
Lily, 22, said: "I'd love to have the queen on. I'd ask her all about the princess."
The 'Smile' singer is currently recording her new TV show 'Lily and Friends' at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England. On Friday (08.02.08) filming was hit by a string of problems including a broken teleprompter which left her reading from handwritten cue cards.
Some of the audience - selected from Lily's MySpace online friend list - also reportedly walked out after being offended by scenes of animals having sex. Others are said to have left early from the show, which included Cuba Gooding Jr. as a guest, after complaining of boredom.
However, a spokesman for the BBC, which is filming the much-hyped weekly project, called the claims "nonsense."
