LILY ALLEN has called the paparazzi that follow her around as "c***s".
The Not Fair star said she hates them constantly snapping her and is uncomfortable being considered a celebrity.
Writing on her Twitter page, she said the world would be a better place without her every move being documented.
She said: "[The paparazzi] are not nice people, they try and get a reaction, so they get good pics. I'd be happy if they went away.
"I don't wanna be where I am. I want to do my thing. I don't use those guys' pics to promote my career. I use my own."
She added that while on a recent safari holiday in Africa,she said she felt like she could relate to the animals she had come to see.
She said: "I already feel guilty about exploiting the animals with my camera, I've got a big long lens, reminds me of some c***s I know."
The she said she was uncomfortable being associated with contemporary celebrity culture.
"There is a difference between a modern day celeb and someone who writes and sings songs. I don't wanna be a celeb.
"My point was, I'm pretty sure that my music is what got people talking, I'm confident I could sustain a singing career without the paparazzi.
"And finally, who wants celebs. There are talented people, watch their movies, appreciate their songs, f*** the rest. Its ass."
