Lily Allen feels very proud of her female friends and family.
The 30-year-old singer has always been open about what she believes in and lets her feelings out through her music. Therefore it's no wonder that Lily also looks up to other strong women.
"There are so many!" she enthused to the German edition of Cosmopolitan. "A lot of artists and other singers like Rihanna, Lorde and Lady Gaga - I'd love to collaborate with them. Then there's my mum, my sister, my friends... I am very proud of them."
Lily really let her feminist views show in hit song Hard Out Here, which candidly discusses the way many women in the music industry feel they have to take their clothes off to be successful.
"That song shows my side of things," she explained.
"These days, many women are still being treated unfairly - at work, in their relationships and the media. That has to change!"
There's no doubt Lily and her husband Sam Cooper will raise their daughters Ethel, three, and two-year-old Marnie to be strong women. And just in the same way, the girls give back to their mother.
"My two daughters," the star smiled when asked what gives her strength when she's down.
She also credits her family with helping her find out "where she stands". With the craziness that comes with a pop career, Lily needed some time out to focus on her husband and children.
