Perrie Edwards thinks it's outrageous women get less pay because they have "boobs and a vajayjay".
The pretty singer makes up a quarter of British band Little Mix alongside Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson.
Embracing girl power, the band appears on the cover of Wonderland magazine in what appears to be the back of a limo. While the shoot is light-hearted with tiaras and pink balloons, the girls addressed some serious issues in the accompanying interview.
"I just don't understand it. Why should we be paid less because we have boobs and a vajayjay?" 21-year-old Perrie vented to the publication.
And her bandmates were just as incensed, suggesting females need to take drastic measures to ensure change.
"If things don't change, women in the film industry should just go on strike," Leigh-Anne added.
"Could you imagine if all women in the film industry just stopped working or turned down parts until they got equal pay?"
The girls wear an array of cute and colourful outfits for the photo spread, with Perrie in a furry pink coat with a yellow collar. Jade is in a similar jacket, this time in blue, while Jesy wears a belted pink overcoat and Leigh-Anne is in a green shift dress.
Leigh-Anne, 23, continued in an empowering tone, revealing how "refreshing" she finds it that females are "owning" it in the industry.
And Little Mix are proud if their songs can make just a small difference to the lives of girls out there.
"We've had mums come up to us and literally thank us for making the music that we do, saying that since listening to Little Mix their daughters have been happier and more confident in themselves," Jesy smiled.
"If a girl is being bullied, or heartbroken, or just feeling like utter s**te, if our music can make them feel better, then we're doing our jobs right."
