Southern rocker's Lynyrd Skynyrd today announces a brand new UK tour in May 2009, their first UK shows for 6 years.
Ranked as one of the best-selling artists of all time by the Recording Industry Association of America and named one of the greatest artists of all time by Rolling Stone magazine, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members, Lynyrd Skynyrd is still going strong with over 26 million CD's sold to date, and over 80 live performances annually. The band is currently writing the follow-up to their 2003 release 'Vicious Cycle' that spawned the hit single, "Red White and Blue."
