It looks like Madonna might be gearing up to announce a world tour, after an Australian ticket website published a Madonna waiting list without any shows currently announced there.
The Australian site Ticketek recently created a new section entitled, "WAITLIST NOW FOR MADONNA", along with the caption, "Waitlist your favourite events and we'll contact you by email when any information becomes available."
Artists only usually have waiting lists on ticket websites when they have an upcoming show planned, and many are taking this to mean that Madonna will be embarking on a world tour.
The singer was forced to cancel the Australian leg of her MDNA tour in 2012, and subsequently promised Australia "the greatest show on earth" when she next visited.
Madonna's last tour, back in 2012, was to promote the MDNA album of the same year.
