Madonna has arrived in Israel and the Holy Land is all agog.
Madonna arrived there yesterday in time for the Jewish New Year. She plans on visiting the Western Wall, Rachel's Tomb, which is the traditional burial place of the biblical Rachel, and the grave of a rabbi who wrote the core text of Kabbalah, which Madonna studies. She is not scheduled to perform while she's there. The organization that is hosting her in Israel ordered reporters to wear white clothes and not to take notes when covering her during the New Year holiday.
