During an interview with E! News earlier this week, Nick Cannon hinted that wife Mariah Carey might be expecting a double bundle of joy. But just this morning (Dec. 16), the entrepreneur confirmed on his own radio show that the couple is indeed having twins.

"We are having twins," Cannon told his listeners, re-telling the story from when Carey slipped and told the President and his wife about the babies backstage at TNT's "Christmas in Washington 2010" on Sunday.
"They, ironically enough, questioned my wife about, you know, 'So, what are you having, are you having twins?' And at this point, she hadn't told anybody anything because doctors advised us to keep it to ourselves until we get further along," he said. "Because of the excitement, because of the emotion, she was overwhelmed... she shared with the president and first lady that we are having twins."
Just yesterday, Cannon was still dancing around the question, only hinting that Carey might be giving birth to two instead of one. "When it comes to that it's a touchy issue because you never want to speak on too much stuff too early... My wife referred to her stomach as 'they' and that probably wasn't the wrong thing to do," he said during an E! News Q&A.
Congratulations to the Cannons for their double bundle of joy! Being a twin myself, I hear it's a handful, but it's definitely a blessing.
