Mariah Carey has reportedly called off her second wedding to new husband Nick Cannon because she can't get it funded.
The 'Dream Lover' singer was desperate to have a lavish service for friends and family after tying the knot with rapper Nick in a secret Bahamas ceremony in April.
However, after discovering no magazines were interested in buying exclusive photographs which would have funded the day, Mariah is said to have axed her plans.
A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "The small wedding in the Bahamas was nice, but it was not Mariah's style. The lady loves a spectacle.
"Mariah was willing to pay for the wedding, but the way she hoped to pay for the wedding was through the sale of photos. No one was interested."
The 38-year-old singer and her 27-year-old spouse have been enjoying their first few months of marriage by spending their hard-earned cash on each other.
Nick, who first met Mariah on the set of the video for her single 'Touch My Body', has been surprising the singer with expensive gifts.
A source said: "Nick went to a local Tiffany and Co., where he spent time choosing a gift for Mariah and put it in a regular paper bag so he could surprise her."
