Mariah Carey's children were the inspiration behind her new song.
The entertainer's twins, Moroccan and Monroe are featured on one of her upcoming tunes. The singer is preparing to drop her latest, as yet untitled, album next month and is looking forward to hearing reactions to that track in particular.
"There's a song on the record called Supernatural that I haven't talked to the media bout before – it features Roc and Roe," Mariah told Wonderland magazine. "Especially Monroe – that's her song. She opens the song actually."
According to Mariah, her daughter Monroe might have inherited her mother's talented vocal chords. That star couldn't help gushing about the tot's talent.
"It was something along the lines of, 'Goo goo goooo,'" she said. "For a two and a half year old, she was a steady vibrato."
The Without You singer stripped down for the magazine cover in a shoot for photographer Terry Richardson. She can be seen wearing thigh garters and sheer pantyhose along with black leather gloves.
The chart topper recently revealed that her album was four years in the making. She is also keeping her fans on their toes about the details surrounding the title of her 14th studio offering.
"I have to be the one that announces this, especially the title," Mariah told Billboard, nothing that the album take its name from a "personal possession of mine that's part of an entity that I've had almost all of my life."
Mariah is set to announce the date and title of her studio recording in advance of the on-sale date, which is slated for May 6th.
Her last compilation, The Essential Mariah Carey, was released in 2011.
