Mariah Carey is powering forward despite having "bruises everywhere".
Mariah dislocated her shoulder and sustained other injuries on Sunday while shooting her latest music promo for single #Beautiful in New York City. Immediately after the accident she visited New York's Hospital for Special Surgery on the Upper East Side to pop her shoulder back into its socket.
Mariah seems to be in good spirits following the ordeal and has extended her gratitude to everyone who has supported her through this rough time.
