Mark Wahlberg has advised Justin Bieber to "pull his trousers up".
The teen pop icon has hit headlines for all the wrong reasons of late, most recently being accused of getting involved in a nightclub brawl.
Actor Mark was involved in several altercations during his youth and even spent some time in prison, so, having turned his life around, is one of the best people to give 19-year-old Justin some words of wisdom.
"Justin, are you listening' Don't be so naughty, yeah," he chided during a webchat for British newspaper The Sun.
"Be a nice boy, pull your trousers up, make your mom proud and stop smoking weed, you little b*****d."
Justin's tour bus was recently apparently seized for drugs and the singer has been spotted smoking suspicious-looking cigarettes in the past.
The Baby singer's on/off relationship with Selena Gomez, late appearances at concerts and apparent bouts of reckless driving have also made him the source of gossip.
Mark, 42, previously struggled with a drug addiction and was sentenced to two years in prison for assault as a teenager.
The star managed to turn his life around and produced music as Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, as well as starring in hit movies such as The Fighter and Pain & Gain.
"He's a teenager living in a different day and age. I was in prison before I got a record out and I don't think he's been to prison," Mark continued.
"He's a nice enough kid and you're going to be a teenager.
"But if you're being a teen in the spotlight you're going to be criticised for it.
"This career can be short-lived — you might as well be the best you can while you're doing it."
Mark finished by promising a movie collaboration with Justin "could still happen".
