Mark Wahlberg is willing to deal with Anthony Mackie's impotence, but not Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's incompetence. In a new clip from "Pain & Gain," the muscle-bound trio botch a kidnapping after failing to acquire their intended victim.
Watch the clip below, which is from the second day of Sneak Peek Week, MTV's series of exclusive clips, screenings and interviews with stars from some of Hollywood's hottest new films, all leading up to Sunday's MTV Movie Awards.
Following a screening of "Pain & Gain" at Universal CityWalk in Universal City, California, Josh Horowitz sat down with Wahlberg, director Michael Bay and co-stars Rob Corddry, Ken Jeong and Bar Paly to talk about their work on the upcoming comedy. Based on a true story, the film chronicles the kidnapping of a wealthy Miami businessman by a group of ambitious but IQ-deficient bodybuilders.
"Pain & Gain" is the second film MTV gave fans an early look at, after Monday's screening of "This Is the End," starring Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson and many others. Afterward, Horowitz unveiled an exclusive clip from the film and sat down with Rogen, McBride, Robinson and co-director Evan Goldberg to talk about everything from killing their colleagues onscreen to choosing a winner in the MTV Movie Awards' Best Shirtless Performance category.
Speaking of the Movie Awards, there's still plenty of time to vote for your favorites. Then, tune in Sunday night at 9 p.m. to see if your favorite Hollywood stars take home top honors. Rebel Wilson hosts the ceremony, which is being held at Sony Pictures Studios.
