Martha Reeves is blaming eBay for making her a potential identity theft victim. Reeves has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because eBay posted one of her contracts for sale. The contract had her Social Security number and signature on it. Reeves found out about it when the president of her Kansas City fan club called her to alert her.
She tells The Detroit News anyone could copy the number down by clicking on the picture. The contract is no longer on eBay because it was sold on Thursday for 33 dollars. An eBay spokesman says company employees remove listings that include Social Security numbers.document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
