Debra Opri says she has been retained by Joseph Jackson to represent his interests in the case. She says she's not participating in the case.
She says Joseph Jackson wants her to attend court hearings with him "to tell him what's going on." Michael Jackson's attorney, Thomas Mesereau (MES'-eh-roo) Junior, says he knows about Opri but he's never spoken to her.
