The Irish singer has been blamed for the group not yet reconvening from their two-year hiatus but she claims she would be more than happy to record with bandmates Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts again.
Asked if there would ever be another Girls Aloud album, single or concert, Nadine said on UK TV show 'Daybreak': ' would say so, I would say there's no reason, there's no excuse. You know, if everybody's happy enough to get back and do it, I would say so.'
Nadine's words echo those of Cheryl, who despite enjoying a successful solo career during the break, is adamant the group will make a comeback next year to mark their tenth anniversary.
She told X magazine: 'We'd have to mark our tenth year. It's pretty amazing to be in the industry for that long and not a lot of people are that lucky. We have to mark that.'
Cheryl believes the group's hiatus ' which has seen them venture out on various solo projects ' was 'healthy' for the individual members and the band as a whole.
She explained: 't's healthy that we find our feet as women and grow. We all kind of had one personality and we were morphing into one. We'd been together for eight years, living and breathing each other. Sometimes you just need space to grow.
'Because we're still together a lot socially it doesn't seem so weird to us, but you only ever see us as individuals. We've got a three-album deal, so we're just waiting. We're not breaking up.'
