Nadine Coyle gets 'exhausted' just watching Cheryl Cole on TV.
The Irish singer respects her Girls Aloud bandmate for being able to juggle her commitments to the band with a successful solo career and a judging role on Simon Cowell's pop star search show 'The X Factor'.
Nadine admits she needed to take a break from Girls Aloud to focus on her debut solo album 'Insatiable'.
She said: ' would have been exhausted doing what she did. I was exhausted just watching her, you know what I mean?
' needed time for myself and distance from the last album too. To write about stuff that wasn't just about the way my life had been .You know, I woke up today and got my hair and make-up done.'
The 25-year-old singer also revealed she believes the time was 'right' for her and her bandmates ' Cheryl, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding ' to go their separate ways last year and work on solo projects.
She told The Guardian newspaper: 'After the last record, it was the right to go and do our own individual things, and then come back together when the time was right.'
