Nick Cannon: My daughter can never date

Nick Cannon has joked he will "never" allow his daughter to go on a date in the future.

The 32-year-old singer-actor-and-presenter shares 22-month-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with his wife Mariah Carey.

Nick refuses to allow his tots to listen to his music until they are of age.

He is also reluctant to ever see his daughter Monroe in the arms of a man when she gets older.

"When they can go to the club [they can hear my songs]!" he joked.

"Oh, no, my son can date at, like, three if he wants, but my daughter, never," he bantered.

In response to a question about who is the tougher parent Nick made it very clear that he is the most stringent.

"Who do you think? Me! I don't play that!" he laughed.

Nick shared previously that the couple are now ready to add to their brood.

He revealed to New York Daily News that the February 14 holiday will be spent "[making] some more babies".

"We definitely got a babysitter for Valentine's Day. Those are the special moments. I am a hopeless romantic and so is my wife," he added.

Mariah and Nick have been married since 2008.
