PJ Harvey has completed her new album and has set a summer release date, a statement on her official website has confirmed.
The as-yet-untitled record, the follow up to 2000's critically acclaimed 'Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea', will be backed by a number of European dates in May and June along with a rumoured appearance at Glastonbury.
A statement on the site reads:
'The new PJ Harvey album can be expected this summer. The album was written, performed and produced by Polly with Head and Polly recording and mixing it. Rob Ellis, a long-time collaborator of Polly's, played drums & percussion on the record.1
