The release date for the new Queens of the Stone Age album all but set, mainman Josh Homme has returns to the studio to complete more tracks for the album. Oh, and one of the songs is called 'The Fun Machine Took A Shit And Died'. Need we say more?
The still-untitled follow-up to 2002's ‘Songs for the Deaf' is currently pencilled-in for a March 2005 release, but the final tracklisting is still yet to be finalised as Josh Homme is set to return to the studio this month to record two new songs.
According to a message to fans on the band's website, the two new songs, entitled ‘The Fun Machine Took a Shit and Died' and ‘Don't Need a Name', will be added to the 18 already completed. However, whether all twenty tracks will make the final cut is currently unclear.
