Ray J has reportedly struck a plea deal in his sexual battery and assault case.
The Sexy Can I singer was charged after allegedly grabbing a woman's breast at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles in May and subsequently getting into an altercation with arresting officers.
TMZ reports he has now agreed to plea no contest to misdemeanour trespassing in exchange for three years probation.
Other charges, including sexual battery, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest, will all be dismissed, according to the outlet.
The plea reportedly requires the singer to complete 50 hours of community service, 12 anger management counselling sessions and 12 alcohol therapy sessions.
He has also reportedly been ordered to stay away from the hotel and to reimburse the Beverly Hills Police Department for allegedly kicking out the window of a patrol car.
Ray J, 33, had not commented publicly on the case at press time.
The star became the subject of frequent tabloid gossip in the wake of Whitney Houston's February 2012 death, as the pair dated on and off for several years leading up to the tragedy.
Toxicology reports revealed the singing legend's official cause of death was accidental drowning spurred on by chronic cocaine use that lead to heart disease.
A source subsequently denied claims Ray J had used any illicit narcotics with the late star, who was not present at the time of her death, insisting overindulging in alcohol was even rare for the R&B crooner.
"Ray says that he never did any illegal drugs with Whitney, no cocaine, no marijuana, period," a source told Radar Online at the time.
"They definitely went out on the town and Ray would drink alcohol with Whitney. Ray would never get drunk though as he isn't a heavy drinker."
