The Bridget Jones star is selling two adjacent properties on Manhattan's posh Upper East Side.
The apartments - bought by her trust in 2007 and 2008 - could be combined to make one massive home, according to the real estate broker handling the deal.
The larger one, a 3,750-square-foot three-bedroom, is priced at $6.975 million. It boasts 'intricately detailed mouldings and ceilings'.
Next door is a more modest one-bedroom apartment, with 13-foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. It is priced at $1.975 million.
Real estate agent Corcoran suggested the homes, which take up the entire floor of the building, could be joined 'to create a full-floor apartment with over 5,000 square feet'.
A representative for Zellweger, 41, said: 'She will be spending more time on the West Coast [of America].'
