Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora has pleaded no contest to a DUI charge after be caught with a blood alcohol reading of .13 in Los Angeles on March 25.
The guitarist was charged after being pulled over in Laguna Beach.
His 10-year-old daughter Ava was in the car at the time. He has been placed on 3 years informal probation and is not allowed to drink under the probation at all.
He will pay about $1600 including a $390 fine plus costs and attend an alcohol education course.
Last spring, Sambora voluntarily placed himself in a 30-day rehabilitation facility.
