The newly-slim Office star has discussed how he keeps fit these days.
He told British Metro newspaper: 'I spend 55 minutes now a day exercising. I can still drink and eat but I'm just in bed by 6pm.
'It's a psychological thing. If it's under an hour, you don't feel it is taking up a huge amount of your day and you can do other stuff.
'So it fits into my life. It's easy now.'
The 49-year-old decided to shed the pounds because he felt he was just too big.
He added: 'I reached up to 14 stone. Things were getting out of control. Some weight is OK but that was too much.'
