The Puerto Rican singer is residing in this luxury condo block in New York City, while he plays Argentine-Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara on Broadway.
The plush 3,478sq-ft pad reportedly has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and boasts a massive 800sq-ft dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The 39-year-old star is said to be using the palatial apartment in Manhattan’s ritzy Upper East Side as his base while he stars in the new production of Evita at the renowned Marquis Theatre.
He is likely to be in the city for over a year until the production ends.
Tickets for the new musical, which is set to debut on 5 April 2012, have already gone on sale.
