Ricky Martin is uninterested in the 'very beautiful, very erotic' things women say to get him into bed.
The Puerto Rican singer, who is famed for his sexy hits including Livin' La Vida Loca and She Bangs, publicly announced his homosexuality on his personal blog in March of last year.
Ricky previously dated women, including Mexican TV host Rebecca de Alba who he had an on-off relationship with for over 14 years.
He became the father of twin boys Matteo and Valentino, who were born by surrogate, in August 2008. The 39-year-old says despite his current relationship and family, women still try to seduce him.
' have a boyfriend and two sons, yet women still try to get me into bed,' he explained in an interview with Closer magazine.
'They say very beautiful, very erotic things to me about what they want to do with me, which is nice, but I'm not interested.'
Ricky was initially daunted by the prospect of announcing his sexuality to the world. Despite his reservations, the star says his world is much easier now and his stable family life has contributed to that.
'My shoulders feel much lighter and straighter and I feel my life is a lot more simple now,' he added. ' lived with the obsession to be accepted for such a long time.
'But it was when I held my children in my arms I know I couldn't do it anymore. I want to teach them to be themselves, to know there is nothing wrong with being gay ' because there isn't. I want them to have self-love, pride and dignity ' and that meant I had to be transparent.'
