Rihanna has reportedly told friends she is "on the verge of eloping" with Chris Brown.
The Barbados-born singer is thought to be back together with her former boyfriend, who she split from after he assaulted her in 2009.
Rihanna insisted they aren't an item earlier this month, but she and Chris have been seen out on apparent dates together leading many to believe they are keeping their romance a secret.
It's previously been suggested they could be planning to marry, with Rihanna now apparently talking to her pals about the possibility.
"Rihanna has been telling her friends that she's on the verge of eloping. They've started talking about marriage and she hopes Chris is going to pop the question any day now. When he does, she's not planning to waste any time with an engagement either," an insider told Heat magazine.
The pair are due to start separate tours before too long, with Rihanna apparently keen to meet up with Chris in different countries.
Her father Ronald Fenty has previously said he's forgiven Chris and now claims he would make a good son in law.
"Even with all the drama they've been through, she has always imagined them having babies and living happily ever after," the insider explained. "Chris hasn't formally proposed yet, but they've talked many times about their future together and getting married. Some people even think they could marry secretly in Europe."
Rihanna recently wore a wedding dress to her Halloween party, said to be a nod to her plans. Ronald believes the nuptials will take place on her home island.
"People are talking about it in Barbados," he said. "I heard that the local paper is actually saying that a wedding is coming up."
Rihanna features on the cover of the latest issue of GQ, wearing just a black leather jacket and covering her modesty with her arms. In the accompanying interview she touches on Chris and the notorious fight he had with Drake in a New York City nightclub. The violent altercation was alleged to be over her, although she won't confirm that.
"There's no proof of that being for my love. That's my answer to that question," she said.
She also opens up about what she looks for in a man, saying she likes to "feel like a woman" and isn't interested in being too dominant.
"Love makes you go places you probably wouldn't ever go, had it not been for love. But I think everybody still has their limits," she explained.
Rihanna is promoting her latest album Unapologetic, with comes off the back of six highly successful records. She has already sold over 25 million albums worldwide and sometimes worries her handlers only care about money, which is why the star insists on doing things her way.
"Sometimes a person looks at me and sees dollars. They see numbers and they see a product," she said. "I look at me and see art. If I didn't like what I was doing, then I would say I was committing slavery."
