Rihanna's most recent stalker has been slapped with a restraining order.
The 25-year-old Barbadian beauty's Los Angeles home was allegedly invaded by Jonathan Whooper twice since the end of September.
According to TMZ, a judge "issued a temporary restraining order against Whooper, ordering him to stay at least 100 yards away" from Rihanna's residence after he was taken into custody on October 4th.
The outlet reports Whooper caused mass destruction on Rihanna's Pacific Palisades, California mansion before his arrest.
"Whooper made multiple trips to the home. During the incident on the 29th [of September], cops say he broke into the home, triggering the alarm," the website writes.
"When he couldn't disarm the system, he decided to leave... but not before breaking a glass patio table."
Whooper returned just a few days later on October 4th, but he was confronted by security before he could cause further damage, according to the website.
When questioned about why he was at Rihanna's residence, he supposedly told guards he was Rihanna's "future husband".
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Rihanna claimed she was suffering "substantial emotional distress and concern for her personal safety" following the incidents.
Whooper has been charged with prowling and felony attempted burglary, vandalism and stalking.
Rihanna is expected to seek a more permanent order against Whooper when the case goes to court at the end of this month.
This is not the star's first issue with stalkers. An overzealous fan was arrested on the roof of her Los Angeles house in June.
