Rihanna has splashed out $12 million on a California mansion.
The 24-year-old star has been busy this year, completing a global tour and promoting her seventh album Unapologetic. It seems her hectic workload does have some up sides as she has snapped up a new home in the Pacific Palisades.
The new-build property is jam-packed with luxuries and is 11,000 square foot, with the garden and grounds boosting the size to 33,541 square foot. The plot is surrounded by a high fence, with mature Oak and Sycamore trees adding further privacy for the singer.
Huge stone columns elevate the upper stories of the property, which includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
There is also a games and media room and a top range kitchen, with the dining room boasting a 14-foot ceiling.
A massive swimming pool provides the perfect spot for Rihanna to entertain guests, with an outdoor BBQ and bar area sure to help things go with a swing. Images obtained by X17Online show two huge plants placed in troughs and sunken into the end of the pool, with chairs and sun loungers scattered around the edges.
When guests tire of lazing in the zero-edge pool, they can retire into the 6,000 square foot back garden. The area has another BBQ, a sun deck and a Jacuzzi.
The singer can keep four cars in her luxury garage, while designers have ensured she will be able to control the lights, air conditioning and alarm with ease. All the electrical aspects of the property can be regulated using a single remote control.
