"NP: 'WE FOUND LOVE,'" Rihanna posted on Twitter Monday night (Sept. 19). Soon after she wrote, "We in dis bitch!" after a fan pointed out that "We Found Love" was trending worldwide.
New Rihanna Album Due 'This Fall'
According to Rap-Up, "We Found Love" was produced by Calvin Harris, the Scottish producer/DJ whose single "Bounce" is currently at No. 11 on the Dance Airplay chart. The single is reportedly being released on Oct. 11, although Island Def Jam has yet to confirm the release date.
Last week, Rihanna responded to a Twitter follower's question, "When's the next album due?" with the exclamation "THIS FALL!!!!!" Sources have confirmed that the new release will likely be a proper full-length album; Rihanna has simply described the new disc as "GangstaR" on Twitter.
