Rita Ora has reportedly fallen out with Cara Delevingne.
The British pop sensation apparently is growing further and further apart from her model friend after an embarrassing incident.
Cara, 20, made her 22-year-old pal feel uncomfortable at a recent DKNY fashion event when she grabbed the microphone mid-performance and performed sexy dance moves behind the singer, according to British newspaper the Daily Mirror.
"There's a lot of hurt on both sides but Rita's been working towards her singing career and carefully crafting her image for four years and it was all in danger of being a joke after that shabby performance," a source said.
"Rita's been advised to distance herself from the model."
Rita used to refer to the clotheshorse as her "wifey" and they regularly declared how much they loved each other on social networking websites.
However recently Rita referred to designer Stella McCartney as "my new wife" on Twitter.
The pair both attended Glastonbury music festival two weeks ago and despite staying near each other, they partied separately the entire weekend.
Additionally at the weekend's Wireless Festival Cara failed to show up and support Rita as she performed with Snoop Lion and supported Jay-Z.
Instead she allegedly spent time with Rita's music rival Rihanna on a yacht in Monte Carlo.
Rita has become friends with several stars since finding fame.
The star, who is now seeing DJ Calvin Harris, insists her true buddies are the ones she grew up with.
"To me, I have my friends who I've known my whole life, and I can count them on one hand," she told GQ magazine UK. "They're people I went to school with. Everyone else I meet from that point on, if they happen to become a friend, that's incredible – come and join the family – but if not…" she shrugged.
