Rita Ora's plastic hedges are said to be causing a ruckus in her cul-de-sac.
The 24-year-old Poison songstress resides in a semi-detached home in a more suburban area of North London.
And Rita's decision to install a 6ft high plastic bush to the front of her property has reportedly upset immediate neighbours.
"The hedge at the front stands out like a sore thumb, trucks here all the time for building work," an unnamed elderly neighbour told UK newspaper The Mirror.
"My family and I have lived in this quiet cul-de-sac for 35 years and are not used to this. My children know who Rita is but I don't. I've heard about her reputation and I don't want any loud parties."
It's claimed the trucks the source speaks of are related to the contractors and delivery men who keep showing up to Rita's house as she renovates the property, a project going on for the past few months.
Although some people would contend it's no big deal to have workers show up to renovate, neighbours supposedly hold it against Rita because she is noisy at other times.
Insiders reveal she recently hosted a birthday party for her X Factor UK co-judge Nick Grimshaw that lasted all night long.
This isn't the first time Rita has been accused of being extremely noisy.
The pop star is also said to have caused a stir earlier this year when she lived in an upscale apartment complex with her ex Ricky Hil.
She was also allegedly kicked out of an apartment unit in 2013 for noise-related reasons.
"Rita has been told about the noise before but she ignored it. Now the landlord says she has to go," a source said at the time.
