ROBIN GIBB has revealed that he and his brother Barry are planning to reform the Bee Gees.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra, the musician confirmed that they are now ready to perform again as a duo, after they disbanded six years ago following the sudden death of their brother, and third Bee Gee, Maurice.
He said: "The two of us are getting back together again. I was with Barry in Miami a couple of days ago. It was an emotional thing because Maurice wasn't just a brother, he was a comrade in arms really.
"We have got through the breakwater of the emotions and now we can go forward."
Gibb admitted last year that he was "very open" to the idea of a reunion, but his new comments are the first confirmation that the brothers are planning live shows again.
