Instead of singing about how big his private parts are and how brilliant he is in bed, Robin Thicke decided to try a different tack to win back his estranged Paula Patton at the Billboard Awards last night (May 18).
Accepting the award for Best R&B Single, Thicke thanked his wife, who he seperated from in February. "Most importantly, I'd like to thank my wife for her love and support, and for putting up with me for all these years," he said. Indeed.
The public declarations of love didn't stop there, as Thicke took to the stage to perform his new single, subtly titled 'Get Her Back' (bleurgh). "Alright y'all, help me get her back," Thicke told the crowd as he launched into the sugary R&B ballad.
Hmm. We'd be slightly more disposed to feel sympathy for Thicke if he didn't start gyrating his crotch into a poor, unsuspecting woman's face towards the end of the performance. At least he left his "big d*ck" balloons at home, though.
