Ronnie Wood dated Russian to make Katia Ivanova jealous

The Rolling Stones guitarist took public relations worker Hannah Kamelmacher, 26, on two dates last week but has told friends he only did it to send his former lover – who is currently cut off from the outside world for UK reality TV show 'Celebrity Big Brother' - into a rage.

A source close to the 62-year-old rocker said: "Ronnie only paraded Hannah to show Katia he can still date a younger woman.

"He's certain Katia won't last much longer in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house, and when she gets out she'll find he's been out with another young Russian.

"He thinks it will make her crazy."

Hannah enjoyed a visit to a Chinese restaurant with Ronnie and he later took her to see the Masters Snooker tournament, but she dumped him by phone after pictures of them together appeared in newspapers.

The source added to The Sun newspaper: "It was deliberate. He wants Katia to know. That's his motivation for stepping out with Hannah."

However, despite being desperate to attract her attention, Ronnie – who ended his 23–year marriage to Jo Wood in July 2008 to be with 21-year-old Katia – is adamant he doesn't want to rekindle his romance with the former waitress.

Another friend said: "This is his little plot. He doesn't want to get back with Katia, he wants to get back at her."
