The 47-year-old Australian actor last attempted to get fit by cycling around Sydney, but according to his Twitter updates, he adopted a much tougher approach this time around.
'Two separate work outs this morning, body movement for an hour +, then body movement with weighted objects hour,' he wrote.
And yesterday he said, 'So, no residual soreness from yesterday, quite surprised. Walked 8km today. Aim to be taking in roughly 2400 cal/ 2600 cal incl all beverages.'
And he even had some advice for his followers, 'Join the Riley St gym, trainer there is Chris Feather, just start, that's the hardest bit, everything flows from that.'
