Russell Crowe spent time with Kanye West and Jay-Z in the studio, it has emerged.
The Hollywood actor, who is perhaps best known for his role in Gladiator, dropped in on the rapper's while they were recording their new album 'Watch The Throne' in Australia.
"Russell went to see them at the mansion they are renting, which has a studio, and stayed for their recording session,” a source told The Sun.
"Jay-Z and Kanye played him a few tracks from their new album and Russell - being a musician himself - loved it. He even earned himself a mention on one of their songs.
"He was buzzing about the experience afterwards."
'Watch The Throne' is released on August 8 and marks the rapper's first full-length joint effort.
