The 26-year-old and Ryan, 34, crossed paths at the Radiohead concert at Roseland Ballroom in New York City yesterday.
They may have been friendly since announcing their split in December, but it doesn't look like they will be reconciling.
A source told US Weekly: 'Ryan and Scarlett came in together right before show started and just watched, rocked out and left together.
'They just seemed like good friends.'
Gossip girl star Blake Lively, Jack Black, and newlyweds Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz, were among the other celebrities that were also in the audience.
