ACTRESS Scarlett Johansson has said she is flattered she was the inspiration behind Katy's Perry's mega-hit "I Kissed A Girl".
The BAFTA-winning actress said she wasn't aware the platinum-certified song had been written about her.
Speaking to Allure magazine, 24-year-old Johansson, said: "I had no idea", before joking: "I should get a cut!"
But the Lost In Translation star, who recently married actor Ryan Reynolds, added that while it was flattering, "my lips are kind of taken."
In an interview with Steppin Out magazine in August, Perry, 24, said she was inspired when she opened up a magazine and I saw a picture of Johansson.
She admitted the two had never actually kissed but said: "I was with my boyfriend at the time, and I said to him, 'I'm not going to lie: If Scarlett Johansson walked into the room and wanted to make out with me, I would make out with her. I hope you're okay with that?'"
